WATER FRONT RESIDENCE

This water front home was designed in Oldsmar, FL. It incorporates a 3 level design with garages on the first level with an adjacent basketball court with 17' ceilings. The second level features an open kitchen concept with a guest suite and master bedroom with views of the water. The third level has a two additional bedroom and a game room. Both upper levels have balconies with water front views. This custom home was designed to incorporate the specific needs of the client.
ADA RAMP
Here is an example of design build project that we completed in Pinellas Park, FL dealing with handicap accesibility. The owner needed wheel chair access added to the main entrance of their existing home. Our staff designed a ADA ramp meeting FL Accesibility Code and our work crew built the project as per design.
HOME ADDITION

The owner of this home in St. Petersburg were having serious mold issues in the master bedroom portion of their home. We designed a new layout and had our work crew demolish the existing portion of the home which was beyond repair. The existing portion which was redone had a flat roof prior to demolition. We designed & installed trusses which tied into the exsiting roof structure and were laid over the new construction.
